Conall Francoeur practices Pediatric Critical Care Medicine and Pediatrics at the Montreal Children's Hospital - McGill University Health Center.

Conall completed his pediatric and pediatric critical care fellowships at McGill's Montreal Children's Hospital. He also completed an Advanced Pediatric Intensive Care Medicine Fellowship at the Montreal Children's. Conall then spent a year at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia completing an Advanced Pediatric Neurocritical Care Fellowship before making his way back to Canada where he practiced at the CHUL for 5 years before his return to Montreal.

His research interests include pediatric status epilepticus, non-invasive neuromonitoring, post-PICU follow-up and pediatric brain death. He is currently on working on a large, international pediatric brain death study.
