A Senior Project Manager with the Critical Care Research Program in the Department of Critical Care Medicine at the University of Alberta, Dawn is a Registered Nurse with an extensive background in clinical research management and expertise in provincial and national-level knowledge translation. The projects she currently oversees include identifying and evaluating ICU Capacity Strain in Alberta; and determining the impacts of novel sepsis interventions on health outcomes and resource utilization in Alberta ICUs. Her current research interests are focused on identifying system-level strategies directed at improving quality of patient care and enhancing the workplace environment for front line health care workers.
