John Drover

John Drover is Professor, Department of Surgery at Queen’s University, Kingston, Ontario, Canada. He is also the Chair and Program Medical Director of the Critical Care Program at Queen’s University and Kingston General Hospital.

His training was in General Surgery with subspecialty training in Critical Care Medicine with additional training as a Senior Registrar in Intensive Care at Guy’s Hospital, London, UK. Dr. Drover’s clinical practice is primarily in Critical Care and Trauma. He is Chair of the Nutrition Support Working Group for the Kingston General Hospital and the primary area of research is in nutrition of the critically ill and surgical patient.
